It’s true what they say: keep it simple, stupid. This is especially true with breakfast.
A hefty scoop of plain whole fat yogurt, a handful of berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries or, if you are me, all of them), a sprinkle of granola (recipe to come shortly) and a drizzle of honey. With some iced coffe, I could be content to start every summer day this way.
